Things You Need To Know...

Booking your Sassy Sparkle Spa party
To accommodate you best, we recommend booking your desired party date 3 weeks in advance.
Parties are scheduled between the hours of 6:00 pm - 9:00pm on Fridays and 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
We kindly request that you give us a minimum 7 days notice to cancel.
Please contact us 3 days before the party to confirm the number of girls attending. We require this information to determine appropriate quantities for our supplies and crafts, etc. Extra charges will apply for additional girls than the suggested maximum number for any package.

Weather & Illness
Sassy Sparkle Spa reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel your party due to the following situations:
Severe weather conditions
Illness/unforeseen circumstances
We will do our best to make your party happen as scheduled.

Please note, if any child is sick, please advise us of this 48 hours prior to date of party. We have the right to cancel the party if the birthday child or any child attending the party possesses any flu symptoms.

Hygiene and Safety
Sassy Sparkle Spa is committed to using only hypo-allergenic, sanitized, and top quality products. All hand cream, foot cream, and nail polishes are suitable for girls aged 4 years and up. We use only fresh, natural ingredients for all of our cleansers, exfoliants, masks, moisturizers and make-up products and are safe for use on girls aged 10 years and up.

Payment
We accept cash or cheque made out to Sassy Sparkle Spa.
*At consultation a $50.00 deposit will be collected to reserve your booking date*
